How to prepare before treatment
 
1.Remove the aluminum cap of the COLLA’UP 
2.Clean with alcohol swab 
3.Attach an 18G needle to a disposable 10ml syringe. Withdraw the required amount of N/S and place it in a vial. 
4.After adding the amount of N/S to be diluted, mix using a syringe that all powders are mixed (voltex mixer can be used) 
5.When the patient is ready, lightly swing the vial and the solution can be mixed as a translucent suspension. 5 
6.Before the treatment, disinfect the COLLA’UP PLLA cap with an alcohol swab and add 1 to 2 cc of lidocaine. 
7.Take the diluted solution in a 1-10ml syringe. 7 
8.Depending on preference using a 26G to 30G blunt cannula, then inject into the deep dermis
